THE MOUNTAIN STATES CONCRETE PIPE ASSOCIATION

The Mountain States Concrete Pipe Association is the voice of the local precast concrete pipe community in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. The precast community uses the association to help in its marketing and specification efforts.

With funding made available from the local precasters and the Rocky Mountain Concrete Promotional Council, Mr. Randy Wahlen P.E., is responsible for coordinating the events necessary to help educate the contractor and engineering communities. Like ACPA, and your local precaster, Mr. Wahlen can provide valuable assistance in the design of your next concrete pipe project.
